![]() might as well just have the guy w/ the cache go full regalia instead of trying to craft junk for everyone.“What exactly is an Internally Flawless diamond? I ran across this 1.02 carat, D-color, Internally Flawless, Brian Gavin Signature diamond while searching for one carat diamonds. ![]() Either you've got someone in your group that's easily carrying t6 without any particular help from you or you are using a leveling method that doesn't require any help. So much so that I'm not sure it makes sense to choose the reduced level node over the permanent pools. A lot less than an extra hour, too, if you're even remotely skilled at leveling quickly. If someone in your group uses a cache it's even faster if they don't it's going to add about an hour max and that isn't such a big deal unless you are going for server first.ġ00% agree. But I had to scroll alllllll the way down to here to see it mentioned. Probably already has it logged in, even, for the purpose of snapshotting lobby levels. Pretty much guarantee that he's crafting yellows on dummy accounts for himself no matter what. ![]() The crazy thing is that the guy being most vocal about how to level fastest has a vested interest in misleading others because he's hypercompetitive about being season-first. I tried this out on the PTR and I think the best option is to simply group with someone who uses a cache. It's like $200k to upgrade just to the RoS levels and IIRC, that's a tidy sum for a fresh level 20. If you want level 70 weapons you need a deaths breath. So yeah, when you get to 18, start looking for the boss bounties.Īnd this will probably all work faster in groups, because when you get to 18, you can split up and search for a Zoltun Kulle bounty, saving significant amounts of time. Now, you can get a Flawless Diamond starting at Level 30, but remember, getting to 30 will take significantly longer. Because 50% of this run was just searching for bosses. If you do open your Challenge Cache, it's going to be faster at this point, but not by much. Plus, you have a small chance of a gem goblin appearing, which solves the boss issue, and you have to get the Cube anyway at some point in time. It's not going to be nearly this fast to 18, but you're going to get materials, which you just won't have if you speed to 18, regardless if you do Cursed Chests, Blades, etc. This is why I'd probably suggest, if you don't use your Challenge Cache, I'd just suggest running to the cube immediately. ![]() (The reusable parts are easy to get by just creating another character and salvaging the follower gear. You need 311k gold to upgrade the blacksmith all the way, along with a Death Breath. Plus, I'd be very short on gold for the blacksmith. And remember, you'll need materials to craft an upgraded weapon anyway. This was 12 Reusable Parts and 9 Arcane Dust short of upgrading to the second power. When salvaging everything I didn't use, I received: This wastes time.Īnother aspect overlooked about speeding to 18, particularly if you don't open up your Challenge Cache, is that you're going to be short on materials. Remember, if you die so many times, in HoA Blades, you can't respawn at your corpse, and have to go back to the waypoint. So, the time to 18 is on par if you went with a quality Halls of Agony Blades T6 approach, and that's a Softcore Only approach. In the real season, you would have had some gold to buy some gear to make it slightly easier, along with double massacre bonuses, which make getting Levels 1-18 faster.
